Dr Nimira has been practicing a chiropractic specialty known as upper cervical care for the last 13 years. The specialty uses technology to read function and make the crucial decision on when an adjustment is actually needed- when it is truly stuck in the stress response. She can make the adjustment without any twisting or cracking of the neck and can post check to ensure change has been made. The majority of Dr Nimira’s practice is focused on helping people who have suffered from migraines, chronic headaches, neck pain, whiplash injury, post concussion healing, vertigo and Meniere’s Dx. She can help with pain at all levels, and also works with teenagers who struggle with posture, pain and headaches from technology overuse as well as girls who have reproductive/cycle based concerns.
